A successful candidate will possess the following characteristics: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of investment banking experience; MBA degree and 3 years of investment banking or closely related experience Experience working specifically in Biotech required Meaningful equity capital markets and M&A transaction experience required Ability to lead junior bankers throughout a transaction; includes reviewing work, setting expectations and providing constructive feedback Business writing skills, including the ability to write compelling selling memorandums and presentations Analytical and financial modeling skills Client management skills Ability to build relationships and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders Exceptional work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative and leadership potential As a leading investment bank, we enable growth and success for our clients through deep sector expertise, candid advice and a differentiated, highly productive culture. The anticipated starting salary range for New York-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $250,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience.
