Job Summary:
The Senior Corporate Development Program Manager is responsible for leading and supporting M&A projects across cross-functional areas and subsidiaries. Project focus may include M&A lifecycle, including valuation, financial and business case development, synergy and dyssynergy analysis, development and consensus building for an actionable integration plan, and overseeing and tracking value capture and performance post-close,. Project assignments could vary in length and complexity and are generally not permanent in scope.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors' Degree or equivalent experience
- 7 years of working, in a corporate/business development, business strategy, investment banking or consulting environment
- 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, including evaluation and diligence of acquisition targets
- Experience working with and influencing a global workforce
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead Mergers and acquisition pipeline, diligence and integration projects and process across the organization
- Provide input on improving corporate development processes and lead improvements as assigned.
- Prepare presentations for potential Corporate Development opportunities to be presented to Business Group Leaders, CFO, CEO and Executive Committee.
- Identify, drive and document continuous improvement of Corporate Development processes.
- Lead indirect teams to successfully execute complex cross functional projects and set up programs.
- Influence senior leadership and executives and drives alignment.
- Maintain a solid understanding of the broad business.
