Senior Specialist, Events and Engagements
Royce Geo seeks a Senior Specialist, Events and Engagements reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Communications to support the planning, execution, and impact of Royce Geo's marketing and communications program.
This position is a great fit for a hands-on, well-rounded professional ready to take on a start-up, high-growth environment. It is ideal for an emerging leader who wants to get on the path to management.

Senior Specialist, Events and Engagements
Royce Geo seeks a Senior Specialist, Events and Engagements reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Communications to support the planning, execution, and impact of Royce Geo's marketing and communications program.

Responsibilities:
- Tradeshows - manage and produce tradeshows in coordination with the company's exhibit house, build tradeshow calendar, partner with business leads and manager to develop an effective tradeshow program. Drive event strategy and execution.
- Memberships - maintain our membership list, communicate with membership organizations, connect Royce Geo employees to membership opportunities to drive brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Sponsorships - identify and secure sponsorship opportunities at tradeshows, sports organizations, and more.
- Brand Events - support the coordination, planning, and execution of brand events (i.e. launch events, community events, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen
- 8+ years of experience in events management with tradeshow experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, journalism, communications, or a related field.
- A team player mindset, ownership mentality, and an ambitious spirit
- Experience supporting senior executives and discretion in handling sensitive company information.
- Proven experience engaging in high-level discussions with senior leadership.
