Overview

  • OSF Medical Group, part of OSF HealthCare, seeks a Pulmonology Critical Care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join a robust and growing practice.
  • Saint Anthony Medical Center is a 38 Bed Intensive Care Unit. In addition, there is a growing ambulatory pulmonary/sleep medicine practice.
  • 40 hours a week working at our ambulatory clinic and in the acute care setting along with the providers
  • Schedule will include will one weekend a month withrounding with service also

  • Clinical base hourly pay range for this position: $60.39--$73.68.
    • Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program
  • Current Illinois license as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant
  • Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in primary care or a related field is preferred
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
