Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with regional leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations.
- Talent Management:
- Drive talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
- Partner with leaders to identify and develop high-potential employees and succession plans.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting open communication.
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Performance Management:
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Provide coaching and training to managers on effective performance management techniques.
- Training and Development:
- Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate training sessions on various HR topics, including compliance, leadership, and team building.
- Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies across the region.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support a compliant and equitable workplace.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize HR metrics to track performance and identify trends, making data-driven decisions to improve HR practices.
- Prepare reports for leadership to highlight key HR metrics and initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on business partnering in a multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the security, home services or related industry is a plus.
