Job Profile:

This is an opportunity to be a key contributor to a rapidly growing global software consolidator. We seek a strategic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team, supporting our international operations across multiple portfolios under the Banyan umbrella. Reporting to the Director, HRBP the HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and Operating Companies to collaborate closely with HR colleagues and deliver strategic HR solutions that drive business performance, foster employee engagement, and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global HR practices, strong business acumen, and proven experience partnering with diverse stakeholders in a global environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support to Headquarters and Operating Companies. CEO's, and executives to understand business objectives, challenges, and talent needs across international portfolios.
  • Translate business strategy into actionable HR initiatives that drive Company effectiveness in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for HR strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, providing guidance and support on various matters related to employee relations.
  • Lead efforts to promote a positive and inclusive work culture, driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner, ensuring compliance with local labor laws (internationally) and company policies.
  • Support the performance management process, guiding managers and employees on goal setting, performance feedback, and development planning.
  • Partner with Compensation and Benefits teams to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices across international portfolios.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies across international locations, partnering with legal and compliance teams as needed.
  • Mitigate HR-related risks and ensure data privacy and confidentiality in accordance with applicable regulations and company standards.
  • Develop clear, consistent, and engaging communication materials to support organizational goals and initiatives by utilizing various communication channels.
  • Lead significant HR-related change initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies that include stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop project plans, define project scope, and establish timelines and milestones.

Qualifications for success:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Six - eight years of progressive HRBP experience.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including: compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and country-respective employment laws.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to keep information confidential and maintain commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage ambiguity in the workplace.
  • Proficient with Google Suite.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's technology platforms which include the HRIS and talent management systems.
  • SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
