Job Summary:

We're seeking a strategic and performance driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive the growth of our company and its different brands (Piping Technology, US Bellows, Pipe Shields, SWECO and Fronek Anchor Darling). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in web analytics, SEO, content marketing and the use of marketing tools such as Hubspot, Constant Contact, and ChatGPT/AI tools. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader eager to define and execute a comprehensive marketing vision while engaging in day-to-day initiatives. This role will work closely with the company's CEO who has a deep background in technology and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership
  • Build and lead the marketing team, establishing goals, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative and high-output environment.
  • Establish collaboration with division heads and the sales team to understand and support each division's performance goals.
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders in the business to represent the voice of marketing amongst the company's leaders.

Strategic Planning
  • Understand each division's products, the market opportunity, target audiences, company positioning and competitive landscape.
  • Develop a clear marketing strategy for each division aligned with company goals and industry opportunities.

Execution & Analytics
  • Drive execution of various marketing programs encompassing website development, content marketing, SEO, paid marketing, account based marketing and email marketing.
  • Track and analyze marketing program performance to drive iterative improvements.
  • Manage the company's marketing tech stack to enable the marketing team to achieve its goals.
  • Act as a "player-coach," leading by example with hands-on work, while setting strategic direction and motivating team performance.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with an emphasis on digital marketing
  • Experience driving results, including growing traffic and increasing leads
  • Clear thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in marketing of industrial products and manufacturing
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, information design and user experience
