Position Description: Human Resources Generalist Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Generalist is primarily responsible for assisting with the administration of the day to day operations of the Human Resources function and duties; works as a supportive and cooperative Human Resource team member providing the best potential employee service of all levels regarding policies, regulations and other Human Resources processes. Responsibilities: Understand and represent Provider Resources Inc., (PRI) mission, vision, and values to all internal and external customers Engage clients in appropriate communication that manages client expectations and builds a collaborative relationship with the client Interact with government and private sector clients, partners, and PRI staff in a professional and accountable manner, and as a representative of PRI Proactively manages and coordinates activities to ensure timeliness of deliverables to exceed contractual obligations Interact with project team members in order to successfully fulfill contract obligations with the highest quality and in a timely manner meeting PRI's ISO requirements Instills integrity throughout the organization via active participation in ISO requirements including but not limited to timely submission of Corrective Action Plans for all matters in which either PRI standards and/or corporate contract standards have not been met. Communicating outcomes to team members to ensure a positive, open, environment which mitigates risk and achieves a culture of Continuous Quality Improvement. Maintains personnel records ensuring the confidentiality of all payroll and personnel related records information Supports recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees. Provides ongoing support to the hiring team Assist department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees Assist in the compilation of the Affirmative Action program; files EEO-1 annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations Assists in administering all company-wide benefits programs including health/dental insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, voluntary benefits, long term disability, voluntary life insurance, unemployment, and leaves of absence Support the HR team to ensure that projects and work requests are processed and executed in a timely manner Assist with new-employee HR orientations, creation and delivery Establishes and maintains department records and reports. Participate in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings, such as seminars Maintains employee directory Assist in recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performance Abide by all policies, procedures and regulations of PRI Maintains a broad working knowledge of federal and state human resources regulations Support the exit management process, both voluntary and involuntary including process improvements and recommendations Perform other duties as requested Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or three years in Human Resources or equivalent combination of work experience/education; Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation Basic knowledge of laws and regulations related to either recruitment, benefits programs, and/or HR practices Proficient in Office, Excel, Word Power Point, etc Reliable, honest, and trustworthy; Integrity is required Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task - able to tra k and control activity on a variety of tasks Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Excellent time management skills Ability to be discrete and maintain high levels of confidentiality Must have no conflict of interest (COI) as defined in 1154(b)(1) of the Social Security Act (SSA) Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Security Clearance Preference will be given to those individuals where their primary residency is located in HUBZone areas (http://map.sba.gov/hubzone/maps/) FLSA: Exempt The PRI Corporate Compensation Plan is applicable to this position.
