Fetch Veterinary is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting the human resources department and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions within Fetch Veterinary. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

Move candidates through the applicant tracking system, create offer letters, coordinate applicant drug screens, reference checks, background checks, and social security number verificationAssist with the set-up, accurate maintenance, migration of all employee records and files, and full integration of multiple systems into a new HRIS systemCoordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminationsMaintain employees' personnel files and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirementsAssist with implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across the organizationAdminister employee performance evaluation processAssist in resolving employee relations issues and inquiriesCoordinate employee training and development initiativesHandle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS)Assist with HR reporting and data analysisStay up-to-date on federal, state, and local labor laws and regulationsSupport other HR projects and initiatives as assignedRequirements
