Job Description
Visual Media & Production Intern
On-Site, Powell Marketing Team, Corporate Office, Mosley Office
About This Intern Position:
• Provide multimedia support through wide range of tasks; from planning, to shooting, to editing photo and video content. Understanding visual composition is key to both photo and video would be helpful and the intern will learn additional composition skills during the summer program.
• Craft visually appealing graphics and multimedia elements that align with project objectives and branding guidelines.
• Work closely with internal employees and marketing team to understand their vision and provide creative input to achieve their goals. Brainstorm and generate creative ideas for multimedia content that aligns with the organization's goals and messaging.
• Function as independent video editor capable of pooling media, selecting b-roll, or labeling. Maintaining a well-organized digital asset library, ensuring easy access to design files and resources for the team.
• Maintain and organize photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
Job Requirements:
• This is a full-time internship (35-40 hour a week) over a 10-week period over Summer 2025
• To qualify, you must be currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's degree at a 4-year accredited college or university in a related field such as Graphic Design, Media/Production, Content Communications, Marketing, Etc.
• Interpersonal communications skills
• Knowledge with editing software (Primarily Adobe Creative Cloud - Illustrator, Lightroom, & Premiere Pro)
• Knowledge of Microsoft apps (PPT, Word, ect)
• Hands-on experience working with different cameras & equipment (Cannon Camera & Gimbal)
Key Deliverables:
• Learn to effectively define, scope, and deliver wide range of deliverables and project types
• Experience interpreting and communicating creative ideas through visual compositions
• Gain confidence across both production and post-production roles
• Experience interdepartmental collaboration
• Create a personal portfolio supporting content production (Photo, Video, Graphics)
