About the Role

The firm is in search of a Senior Family Law Attorney to lead its family law department expertly. In this pivotal role, you will supervise a dedicated team of attorneys and support staff, monitor case strategies from initial intake to final resolution, and advocate for clients in various legal proceedings. Your focus will be on navigating complex divorce, custody, and support cases while ensuring unmatched client satisfaction and timely communication.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures.
• Overseeing financial management, including billing and collections.
• Demonstrating strong litigation and courtroom expertise.
• Enhancing client communication and relationship management.

Applicants must have a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing of the Maryland Bar. A minimum of 8 years of family law experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role, is essential. The ideal candidate will exhibit strategic thinking, manage a high caseload effectively, and align with the firm's commitment to a client-centered, compassionate legal service approach.
