About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Human Resources to lead its HR team in driving the organization's culture and objectives. This strategic role involves managing employee benefits and compensation strategy, ensuring compliance with processes and policies, and enhancing performance, employee satisfaction, and engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and building on existing policies and programs, managing risks related to employee matters, and providing strategic leadership in HR planning and implementation. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years in HR management, including 5 years in senior leadership. The role requires a proven ability to align HR strategies with business objectives, in-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and skills in managing conflicts and fostering a positive work environment. Preferred certifications include SHRM-SCP or SPHR. Responsibilities will also include partnering with the executive team on HR matters, overseeing staffing strategies, and managing the HR department budget. The candidate must be adept at analyzing HR data to make data-driven decisions and be able to effectively communicate with the Executive team and Board of Directors.
