* Coverage Needed: * ASAP - ongoing * 6 days per month * Friday-Sunday 24 hour shifts * Two weekends per month * Friday-Monday 72 hours 7a-7a * Nov :00 am Nov :00 am * Clinical Information: * Practice setting: Hospital * Daily Patient Volume: 5 * Stroke Interventions * Support Staff: Nursing Staff. APP not needed. * EMR: eClinical Works (eCW) * 24 Hour Call coverage from Hotel * Required: * DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active * Current Flu Vaccine * Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 * Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility. * Active VA License * Board Certified * DEA/CSR * Must have 200 case logs in the last 24 months * BCLS, ACLS
