* Coverage Needed: * 24 hour call coverage * Aug :00 am Aug :00 am * Sept :00 am Sept :00 am * Sept :00 am Sept :00 am * Sept :00 am Oct :00 am * Oct :00 am Oct :00 am * Oct :00 am Oct :00 am * Dec :00 am Dec :00 am * Dec :00 am Dec :00 am * Dec :00 am ongoing * Clinical Information: * Patient Ages: Adult * On Call: Yes * Hotel/Beeper Call required to respond in person to those requests, not just phone calls * 500 bed hospital * In a 24 hour period, usually called in 2-5 hours * Call back requirement: 20 minute response time * Nursing Staff Support * eCW and Meditech * Daily patient volume: 28 * Required: * DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active * Current Flu Vaccine * Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 * Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility. * Board Certified or Board Eligible * Active VA License * 200 case logs in the last two years * BCLS, PALS
