Urology Physician

* Coverage Needed: * Dec :00 am - Dec :00 am * Jan :00 am - Jan :00 am * Monday at 7am to Monday at 7am * Shift: 8 - 12 hours onsite while on 24 hour call * Daily patient volume: 15 * Clinical Information: * 700 bed hospital * Consults and procedures every day * EMR: Epic * Facility: 24 hour ED call coverage, but need to be onsite daily 8-12 hours * Support Staff: Facility ED and OR staffing * Required: * DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active * Current Flu Vaccine * Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 * Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility. * Active GA License and DEA * Board Certified
