SPECIALTY: Surgical Podiatry LOCATION: Saint Paul Minnesota JOB TYPE: Locum Tenens JOB NUMBER: 48028 Coverage: Start Date: As soon as credentialled- for 5-6 months or until perm is found Day could consist of some clinic/OR time; Will be covering 24hr call both sites each day and travel to and from (30 min drive) ; can respond to patients mid-day or end of work day. Details: * Call Schedule: 24-hour call * Locums Shift Schedule: Coverage needed every other week. Weekday call 6a Mon to 5pm Fri * Patient Volume: Type of patients / cases / procedures required: Adults ; Wound Care experience preferred * Patient Encounters per shift: 24 patients per day if covering in clinic ; 3 consults per day while being on call; variable post/op rounding * Available support staff: Hospitalist works 4 hours a few days a week ; in clinic (case manager, surg schedulers, nurse triage) ; Solo while working in Hospital * Certifications required: Board certified or eligible with the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery OR American Board of Podiatric Medicine * Surgery experience required * BLS/ATL * Covid and Flu Vaccine Required * MN license or IMLC will be considered Send CV to & call (or) text me if you are interested!
