The IT Asset Management Associate role is responsible for executing the Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) processes to ensure a compliant and optimized IT hardware and software environment. This role ensures efficient asset tracking, procurement, deployment, compliance, and disposal of hardware and software assets, aiming to optimize costs while maintaining data accuracy. The ideal candidate will bring experience in IT hardware and software management, asset lifecycle best practices, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years working in an IT environment or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of software licensing.
- Experience with inventory systems, asset tracking, and license compliance.
- Proficiency in asset management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Excel; experience with ServiceNow and Power BI preferred.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of IT procurement processes, vendor management, and license compliance.
- Strong written and oral skills required.
- General understanding of business requirements and how to translate these requirements to build and write reports.

Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is required.
