The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of entertainment law and extensive experience in litigation, with a proven track record of representing clients in the entertainment industry. This role is crucial for providing strategic legal advice and advocacy to our clients in various entertainment-related disputes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage litigation cases in the entertainment sector.Provide expert legal counsel in matters of entertainment law, including contracts, copyrights, and intellectual property.Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their legal needs and business objectives.Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff on litigation matters.Stay updated on legal developments in entertainment and business law to provide informed advice.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active bar license in the relevant jurisdiction.Minimum of 8 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on entertainment law.Strong knowledge of business law and its intersection with entertainment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation cases and lead legal teams.Proven track record of successful case outcomes and client satisfaction.BenefitsFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
