Requirements
- High School Diploma Minimum
- Must be available Mon-Friday 3-8pm
- Commit to a consistent schedule with clients
- English fluency required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- An upbeat and creative attitude to efficiently engage with clients through play-based therapy
- Patience and passion to serve clients of varying ability
- Ability to complete job's physical demands such as lifting children up to 30 lbs, frequent
- sitting and standing, kneeling, and running with children
Roles and Responsibilities
- Delivering ABA treatment programs developed by a BCBA
- Providing direct client care in a 1:1 setting in the client's home
- Working with clients' families to implement client treatment plan
- Attending staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requested
- Completing daily data collection in a detailed and timely manner
Conditions of Employment
- Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice
- Must have a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and proof of auto insurance
- Must adhere to all federal, state and local laws/legislation as applicable as well as HIPAA
- laws and regulatory agencies
- Must attend all BTA required training
- Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations and clear TB testing per company policies
- Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certificate
- Must have the following immunizations:
Rubella (2-series), Rubeola (2-series), Mumps (2-series), Varicella (2-series), Hepatitis B (3-series)(Declination acceptable), Pertussis (Tdap) (Declination acceptable), Absence of Tuberculosis (TB)
