We are looking for a Sales Manager experienced in Cabinetry, Millwork, and Countertops to join our growing team! As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations and drive revenue growth while leading a team of sales reps by providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives. You will collaborate with contractors, homebuilders, architects, and homeowners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities for the Sales Manager:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and cultivate strong relationships with key customers, contractors, builders, and architects.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify areas for improvement or growth opportunities.
- Set sales targets, track progress, and provide regular reports to management on sales metrics, forecasts, and market insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively adapt sales strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional customer service, timely resolution of customer issues, and continuous improvement of customer satisfaction levels.
- Minimum 3-5+ years of Sales Management and Customer Service experienceinthe Cabinetry and Millwork industry
- Proven track record of success as a Sales Manager with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the cabinetry, millwork, and countertop market, including industry trends, products, and customer needs.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, including market segmentation, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition plans.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance and drive business growth
