We are searching Senior Program Analyst to join our Precise Team supporting PMA-209. The Senior Program Analyst will coordinate integration projects for secure communication retrofits. Manages fielding of technology changes spanning cryptographic, SATCOM and Anti-jam waveform modernization. Products include: site activation plans, integration plans, acquisition documentation, and budget inputs. Functional Description: Advisor for mission computer requirements. Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Experience Required: Over ten years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description. Desired Experience: Avionics Integration experience including: Kit procurement Platform TD development Resource management and integration activities. Maintain integration schedules, and contract execution oversight. Strong communication skills and ability to lead integration projects. Education Required: Master's Degree. Allowable substitutions: Bachelor’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience, Associate’s Degree plus six (6) years additional work experience or eight (8) years additional work experience performing duties in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
