About the team
We are seeking a senior product leader to join our US TikTok Shopping customer User Growth team. The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention of billions of users/customers WW. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of TikTok Shop.
Responsibilities
- Working for the user growth of TikTok Shop (E-commerce business), you will design and execute scalable growth strategies worldwide while focusing on peculiarities.
- Define and improve key customer lifecycle metrics, such as the number of new customers, repurchase rate, average order value, etc.
- Define and improve key customer engagement metrics, including conversion rates, engagement rates, Return on Investments, Subsidy Rates, Cart Build, etc.
- Facilitate team collaboration by designing and deploying the latest tools/best practices WW.
- Assess customers' shopping behavior and design new loyalty programs to engage and retain customers while striving to promote the business and grow customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce or Product in a technology company.
- 5+ years of experience focused on commerce ecosystems, preferably in user growth, promotional tools, user experiences, and more.
- Strategic and logical thinker with effective planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passionate about understanding user demands from different cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills and can work cross-functionally in a globally collaborative environment.
- Masters Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with subscription and/or loyalty programs is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
