About the Team
As the Customer Product Team, our mission is to provide our customers with entertaining shopping experience in TikTok, we are looking for creative PM with experience in solving user pain points to join our team.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for TikTok Shop categories product, responsible for overall user experience for respective category domains and different user cases, providing tailored solutions to respective category.
2. Based on various methods such as data analysis, industry research, user research, find optimization directions, and design and implement product solutions.
3. Continuously improve user penetration, conversion efficiency, and repurchase retention in the domain through product planning and collaborative operation.
4. Understand the ecosystem of industry merchants and experts, link various products, production and transportation, industry lines, continuously optimize supply and merchant trust, and promote positive business operations for merchants.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. 5+ years of experience working in Product Management domain, possess good product planning and solution perspective, be able to break down product methods from business problems, proactively formulate short, medium, and long-term product plans, and gradually implement them.
2. Excellent English proficiency, ability to read and edit English documents, and communicate and collaborate with Design, Data Science and Operation teams.
3. Strong data analysis, ability to discover product problems through data, and independently propose product solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
1. At least 3 years of product experience in e-commerce, trading, and any of the industries like Consumer Goods, Furnitures, Fashion is preferred.
2. Have good user empathy, business logic, and be able to fully understand the project background and evaluate project results.
3. Strong cross-team collaboration skills, ability to identify problems and promote upstream and downstream teams, coordinate relevant resources and make reasonable use of them; good interpersonal relationship management skills, strong ability to withstand pressure.
