As a Product Manager on our Da Vinci Platform Team at Movable Ink, you will create intuitive and impactful experiences for marketing teams to efficiently manage and execute their workflows. You will drive innovation by integrating Artificial Intelligence into our user interface, collaborating with product, engineering, and design teams to craft a roadmap that delights customers and grows our business.

Responsibilities:
- Advocate for the customer perspective in all efforts
- Develop a high-value roadmap with partners that aligns with business goals and our product vision
- Write pitches, product requirement documents, and user stories to build a shared understanding of user needs and success criteria
- Manage sprints, features, and enhancements in the backlog
- Map customer goals, values, and needs to prioritize features
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and build consensus on metrics for success
- Closely track the adoption of new features with existing customers, identifying and helping resolve blockers
- Define and track success measures to measure and iterate on features and functionality
- Drive decisive action by employing strategies to quickly gather insights, and adapt or pivot swiftly when assumptions fail to validate
- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce technical, business, and user experience debt
- Conduct product discovery experiments to uncover value-driven opportunities
- Ensure transparent communication and collaboration with internal teams including client experience, marketing, sales, product marketing, and technical services
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in Product Management
- Familiarity with digital marketing software is a must; familiarity with Generative AI is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to deliver successful customer and business outcomes
- Strong user experience sensibilities and analytical skills
- Be adept at working in iterative, fast-paced environments that require flexibility, continuous feedback, and incremental progress toward goals
- Confidence in demoing products and managing conversations with customers and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to drive results through complexity
