WHAT IS THE POSITION
The Senior Human Resource Business Partner works closely with senior management and department leaders to align HR strategies with the organization's overall business objectives. They act as trusted advisors, providing guidance on matters related to talent management, organizational development, employee relations, strategic planning, and support efforts to advance our Best Place to Work culture. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is a critical position, contributing to the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of the organization through proactive HR leadership and partnership with key stakeholders. WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Strategic Planning: Collaborating with leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support them.
• Organizational Design and Development: Assessing organizational structures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Talent Management: Partnering to drive, retention, and development strategies to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles.
• Performance Management: Developing and implementing performance evaluation processes, providing feedback to employees, and facilitating performance improvement plans when necessary.
• Change Management: Proven experience identifying and leading change and building this capability in others. Assisting in managing organizational changes such as mergers, acquisitions, or restructurings, and ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
• HR Policy Development: Developing and updating HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
• Leader Coaching: Manage complexity through a combination of clear communications, relationship building, and proactive management of our networks.
• Employee Engagement: Supporting and partnering with leaders on implementing initiatives to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and engagement.
• Data Analysis: Utilizing HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
• Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, managing conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.

WHAT IS REQUIRED
• BS/BA in Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development or equivalent.
• Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale.
• Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.
• 6+ years' experience in a HR Business Partner / Sr HR Business Partner or equivalent role advising executives and leadership teams.
• Strong business acumen-able to quickly learn the business and make talent and org decisions which Impact business outcomes.
• Able to comfortably move between strategic issues and day-to-day HR operations.
• Decision Making & Critical Thinking.
• Relationship and stakeholder management.
• Broad HR knowledge in key domain areas such as employee relations, compensation, talent development, workforce planning.
• Leadership Coaching.
• Demonstrate a bias for action and subject matter expertise that enables you to be a valuable business partner.
• Track record of a dedication to Diversity and Inclusion and a belief that teams with varied strengths and backgrounds bring better business outcomes.
Maintain working knowledge of industry, market, and competitive landscape.
