Job Summary
As the Manager, Campaign Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in our Measurement department, focusing on managing team members and ensuring excellence in our analytics and reporting services. Your primary responsibilities include developing comprehensive measurement frameworks for client programs and effectively analyzing and reporting campaign impacts. In this role, you will also contribute to new business initiatives, offering insights and strategies to improve client programs. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding the team's efforts and maintaining the high standard of our integrated media campaigns.
In this of this role, you will be responsible for reporting and analyzing a variety of integrated media, shopper, consumer experience, and other digital programs at Blue Chip. This includes the development of reporting templates, as well as mid-and post-campaign reporting, analyses, optimizations, and recommendations across the full spectrum of digital media (display, paid social, video, email, SEM, website analytics, coupons, etc.). You will help develop and contribute to our data platform thread®, through setting up data pipelines, completing QA activities, and developing dashboards for our clients.
You will help create, refine, and iterate on process improvements across all measurement and advanced analytics activities and help to onramp and mentor junior members of the team. In addition, you will work closely with our integrated media team which includes strategists, planners, biddable media, and content, to support clients by providing key insights into campaign performance.

Measurement and Analysis
• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape the agency's approach to measurement, analytics, and ad operations.
• Participate in campaign measurement kickoff meetings alongside strategists, client leadership, and creative teams.
• In collaboration with the VP of Measurement and Advanced Analytics, develop measurement plans and frameworks prior to campaign activation. This includes outlining key performance indicators, goals, and other measures to track performance.
• Work with the VP to identify partners and client collaboration points for analyzing sales impact, brand health, or other measurable business inputs.
• Analyze client campaigns by partnering with digital strategists and client leaders, providing actionable insights on performance and return on investment.
• Monitor client campaign pacing to ensure proper delivery and spending, coordinating with biddable and strategist teams for any necessary adjustments.
• Directly communicate with clients about campaign performance and business-level impacts, seeking access to sales data for media program correlations when possible.
• Create data pipelines and custom dashboards in thread® to deliver insights.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
• Verify impression/view/click totals for accuracy and outline any anomalies or variances, ensuring adherence to guidelines like Invalid Traffic, Geo, Brand Safety, and Viewability.
• Actively participate in both long-range and short-range strategic planning for existing clients, using historical data to inform recommendations.
• Support the agency's marketing efforts through content development, thought leadership, and speaking opportunities related to measurement.
• Work closely with external measurement partners, including those focusing on sales measurement, in-store traffic, and brand equity.
• Serve as a resource for measurement best practices, dashboarding, and visualization, and act as an administrator for thread®.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce team to outline product developments, enhance capabilities, and address data quality issues.
• Train and support junior members of the Measurement team and throughout Blue Chip, sharing subject matter expertise.
• Partner with the VP of Measurement and Advanced Analytics to develop best-in-class processes and technology, supporting Blue Chip's key growth goals.
Industry Knowledge
• Demonstrate expert and polished knowledge of current measurement industry trends and practices
• Ongoing vetting of new vendors, tools, and methodologies
• Build relevant expert knowledge of industry trends and best/next practices through research, one-on-one meetings, conferences/webinars, and trade publications
• Ability to influence prospects/teams and clients on industry best practices, and identify/add ideas to pitch discussions; identify/add ideas to industry discussions (e.g. white papers)
Blue Chip Team Leadership
• Demonstrates the mission, vision, values, and culture principles of BC Worldwide.
• Promotes positive working relationships within the department, the company, and the vendor community
• Provides leadership, ongoing feedback, effective motivation, and training for the agency and the Measurement team
• Mentors and grows staff to become both client and measurement experts (this extends to training the greater organization as it relates to measurement and internal processes)
• Champions change, process, and communication
• Demonstrates a working leader approach as needed, and supports business development efforts as needed
• Responsible for maintaining up to date weekly time tracking for yourself and your team members, per the Agency's time tracking policy
• Complies with all corporate and departmental standard operating procedures
• Ensures all activities and operations are performed in compliance with federal regulations
Education, Experience and Certifications
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred
• Degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing, or other quantitative discipline
• Minimum 3 years' experience focused on analytics, digital marketing, or retail sales
• Thorough working knowledge of digital disciplines including, but not limited to websites, mobile sites/apps, social media, SEO, SEM, banner advertising, digital coupons, digital video, content marketing, etc.
• Experience with digital analytics & attribution tools (ex. Google Analytics, Tableau, Datorama)
• Shopper marketing and/or media trafficking experience is preferred
• Collaborative professional who appreciates working in a team atmosphere
