Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR initiatives across multiple state locations
- Manage HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with federal and state-specific employment laws and regulations
- Coordinate with facility managers to address location-specific HR needs and challenges
- Implement and maintain consistent HR policies and procedures across all locations
- Oversee benefits administration and compensation programs
- Conduct regular site visits to maintain strong relationships with local management and employees
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
- Provide guidance and support to HR representative
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-state operations
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Report to our facility in York, PA 3-4 days a week and Hanover, PA 1-2 days on average
- Ability to travel occasionally to Virginia and Florida locations as needed
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is beneficial
- Vista Viewpoint and ApplicantPro experience a plus
