We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring systems are operating efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, and ventilation units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to determine necessary repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide exceptional customer service.
• Stay updated on industry standards and advancements in HVAC technology.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training is a plus.
• Relevant HVAC certification or license required.
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and their components.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Salary: $48,540 - $75,000 Annual
Bonus/Commission: No
