Senior Digital Marketing Manager

A family owned Digital Marketing Company specializing in paid search and social media marketing is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy across platforms, optimize paid search campaigns, and improve ROI for clients. This role requires strategic vision, strong analytical skills, and deep expertise in PPC management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google/Bing, Amazon, and Social Media)
• Drive A/B testing initiatives to maximize ad performance
• Lead IP-targeted marketing efforts
• Oversee tag management and feed optimization for client accounts
• Provide data-driven insights and regular performance reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on creative and strategy
• Stay updated on industry trends and evolving marketing tools

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media
• Expertise in Google Ads, Amazon PPC, Facebook/Instagram ads
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data analysis tools
• Proven success in managing large-scale budgets
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Leadership experience is a plus
