ADP is hiring an Implementation Operations Senior Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the NAS Implementation Enablement organization's Business Technology & Operations team. You support ADP's Next Gen HCM (Lyric) as well as all of NAS Implementation. You will manage a team of highly skilled architects, analysts, and subject matter experts. The Implementation Operations Senior Manager will lead the Operations team in identifying strategic and tactical operational gaps & opportunities for the NAS Implementation organization and ADP Lyric, developing plans for addressing these challenges, as well as supporting day-to-day NAS Implementation functions. These functions can include billing, finance, provisioning & access management, as well as operational platform support, enhancements, and special projects. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Implementation Enablement, this role is a key part of the Implementation organization and will need to build relationships with other parts of the NAS Implementation Organization. Successful candidates will develop a mastery level understanding of our operational technology stack, strategic opportunities as well as how to help support & improve the Implementation organization. This position will lead project teams for various projects simultaneously.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Enablement, Implementation, Client Success, Service, Operations, Product, and other departments to drive and lead continuous operational improvement for the NAS Implementation organization.
  • Support the development/optimization of reporting & dashboards for the operational & project initiatives as well as day to day activities with an eye towards optimizing organizational data accuracy & quality.
  • Act as the key leader for our operational tech stack including JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, Certinia, Sharepoint, Power Automate, and other tools that ADP Next Gen/Lyric associates use.
  • Managing team workload across a wide variety of initiatives and programs.
  • Support the SMEs supporting NAS Implementation's Billing, Provisioning, and Access Management practices.
  • Ensure milestones are successfully met through the management, tracking, and reporting of project statuses and coordination of resources
  • Work collaboratively with other departments impacting projects, including gaining agreement and negotiating outcomes.
  • Offer guidance and facilitate communication to stakeholders regarding completed work affecting the NAS implementation organization
  • Facilitate training as needed to improve business outcomes • Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates
  • Work under limited supervision to manage your teams day-to-day work, ongoing initiatives, and strategic direction
  • Gather information necessary to make decisions
  • Anticipate and resolve problems in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • Familiarity of HCM and ADP products
  • 4+ years of experience managing complex projects including; project auditing, process champion, issue resolution, status reporting, training/communication, and project analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation skills, communication skills, organization, and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and multiple projects, timelines, and priorities.
  • Detail-oriented, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience communicating complex concepts in an easily consumable way

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
  • Experience noted above, OR
