We're hiring an HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team of professionals. In this role, you'll:
- Manage the proper administration and interpretation of the company's collective bargaining agreements.
- Manage labor relations activities including, terminations, turnover, grievances, mediation, arbitration, unemployment hearings, and EEOC-related matters.
- Participate in and manage the alternate dispute resolution (ADR) processes per the union contract.
- Provide guidance and understanding of HR laws including Title VII, ERISA, FMLA, FLSA, and OSHA.
- Maintain policies and procedures for unionized and non-unionized associates.
- Conduct investigations.
- Assist with mediation and arbitration preparation.
- Ensure that company policies, goals, objectives, and labor agreements are being adhered to and works in the best interest of the company.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:
- Three to five years of direct labor relations experience and/or five or more years of Human Resources experience gained as an HR Generalist, in an Employee Relations capacity, or in another professional role deemed appropriate.
- Sound knowledge of local, state, and federal labor laws. Previous experience responding to UIA claims preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the administration of union contracts.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience deemed appropriate.
