In this role, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of Table Games. Additionally, you'll:
Hire, train, and develop Table Games personnel.
Develop and implement departmental policies to maximize Table Games revenue.
Maintain proper inventory standards and oversee Table Games revenue reports.
Authorize fills/credits.
Oversee scheduling.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
Five years prior Pit management experience (or any other alternative deemed appropriate).
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (or any other alternative deemed appropriate).
Strong strategic thinking skills and business acumen.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with evolving deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
