We are tasked with managing all of the capital improvement projects at Chicago Midway International Airport. The position will report directly to the Senior Project Manager at Midway Airport. This position requires the individual to be based at MDW airport with the program management team.  Position ResponsibilitiesManage CM and design contracts.Provides monthly reports updating scope, schedule, budget and contract status.Reviews and evaluates design items as they relate to civil/airfield design.Evaluates design elements as related to programmatic determinations.  Provides input on project delivery methods & contract packaging.Facilitates resolution of technical issues.Identifies processes and resources for project implementation.Provides civil design support as required by the team.  Provides QA/QC on project documents.  Participates in design review process.  Verifies projects comply with program and code requirements.  Review of design milestone submittals.  Ensures quality is adhered to throughout.  Provides miscellaneous technical support as required by the Program.  Other duties, as assigned.Position Requirements10+ years of experienceBachelor's degree in engineering, a related field, or commensurate level of experienceBackground in civil/airfield work preferred. Benefits401(k)Medical insuranceVision insuranceDental insurancePaid maternity leaveDisability insuranceFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
