Litigation Associate Attorney

Benefits include: • Generous Bonus Pay Structure • Hybrid remote work schedule • PTO + 12 paid holidays • Health Insurance • Vision and Dental Insurance • Life Insurance • 401k and Profit Sharing Plan Responsibilities: • Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorneys • Create legal documents, including correspondence, briefs, motions, pleadings, contracts, affidavits, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings • Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action • Resolve cases efficiently by using communicating effectively with and working alongside senior attorneys and paralegals • Attend depositions, mediations, case management, and motion hearings Qualifications: • Prepared to learn from senior attorneys to meet our client needs and grow our client base • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required from an accredited law school • Applicants must have successfully passed the state bar exam • Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills are necessary to work with all levels of staff and clients Compensation: $110,000
