About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to play a pivotal role in both traditional and strategic financial planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. A key focus will be on collaborating with senior leadership to create and refine the company's 5-year business strategic financial plan, ensuring it aligns with corporate goals. The role also involves providing financial insights to support decision-making, preparing critical financial materials for the Board of Directors and investors, and overseeing financial analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial strategy, business planning, and corporate finance, with a proven track record in high-growth, technology-focused healthcare environments. Applicants for the VP, FP&A position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 12-15 years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis. A senior financial leadership role within a high-growth technology or healthcare company is essential. The role requires expertise in developing long-term strategic financial plans, strong financial modeling and reporting skills, and experience in preparing financial materials for a Board of Directors. The candidate should possess excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. An entrepreneurial spirit and a proven ability to drive results are also key qualifications for this position.
