About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Financial Strategy & Analysis to lead our financial planning initiatives and drive strategic financial growth. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing traditional and strategic financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. A significant focus will be on collaborating with senior leadership to craft and refine our 5-year business financial strategic plan, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our corporate objectives.

You will be instrumental in providing in-depth financial insights to support key decision-making, preparing essential financial materials for the Board of Directors and investors, and managing comprehensive financial analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in financial strategy, business planning, and corporate finance, with a successful track record within high-growth, technology-driven healthcare environments.

To be considered, applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 12-15 years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis. A senior leadership role in a high-growth technology or healthcare company is essential. You should have expertise in developing long-term strategic financial plans, outstanding financial modeling and reporting skills, and experience preparing financial materials for board presentations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to lead and nurture high-performing teams, are critical to success in this role. An entrepreneurial spirit and a proven ability to drive results are key qualifications we are looking for in our ideal candidate.
