We are looking for someone who demonstrates:Intense collaborationPassionate customer focusThoughtful, fast, disciplined executionTenacious commitment to continuous improvementRelentless drive to winAbility to implementing management organization structure Ability to manage ongoing engineering files and organization tools Responsibilities Manage access to Solidworks Vault and troubleshoot as necessaryManage and organize content directories and files within VaultOwnership of Vault security and permissions schemaWork with IT/Data/CyberSecurity to ensure that vault is accessed by permitted users and troubleshooting access globally, working with a wide variety of networks and restrictionsCreate processes as needed to manage access and securityManage, deploy and implement plug ins, automations, integrations with other systems etcCreate efficient processes for engineering team and other users of Vault which can include working with developers and IT on API and morePLM lifecycle of parts and database managementdeploy efficient applications or processes related to Vault use for the employees to decrease manual effort and increase employee productivityHere is some of what you’ll need (required):4+ years of experiencewith Solidworks ePDM (Certification recommended)Vault management experience, strong knowledge of Solidworks Vault Administration including organization, access control, ability to use and deploy plug ins and apply best practices and techniques to support teams ease of use and applicable automationsPLM and Revision Control ManagementUnderstanding of license managementMust possess solid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize and juggle multiple projectsSelf-motivated team playerAbility to work within a cross-functional team while maintaining self-sufficiency Proficient in most common PC based applications (Word, Excel, Visio, PPT, MSProject, and the like)Willingness to occasionally travel and work at client sites both domestically and internationally Here are a few of our preferred experiences:Experience with Solar or renewable energyExperienced with CAD modeling Management experienceNetSuite, Arena, Miro (Real Time board), Jira, Confluence Nextracker offers a comprehensive benefits package. The annual salary range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000.
