Dartmouth HealthsDepartment of Orthopaedics and the Dartmouth Cancer Center, an NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, are seeking aBE/BC Orthopaedic Oncology Surgeonto join our practice in the beautiful Upper Valleyregion of New Hampshire and Vermont.Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, the systems central clinical hub and Academic Medical Center, is located immediately adjacent to the bustling college town of Hanover, NH. Hanover is home to the world-renowned Dartmouth College and Dartmouths Geisel School of Medicine.In this role, you will focus on providing specialized care in orthopedic oncology, bringing a strong clinical background, a commitment to education, and an interest in research. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with a diverse group of specialistsincluding surgeons, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, radiologists, and pathologistsdedicated to delivering comprehensive care for patients with musculoskeletal tumors and related conditions.Benefits:

The Department and Dartmouth HealthWhile Dartmouth Health includes many hospitals and clinic sites, this position is based at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, our tertiary care central hub which also serves as the systems Academic Medical Center. DHMC is the states only Level 1 trauma center, which is receives patient transfers via a fleet of helicopter and ground-based medical transport services.Dartmouth Health maintains a total of 802 beds, with 458 located at DHMC. Required Licensure/Certifications

  • MD or DO degree with board certification (or board eligibility) in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Fellowship trained in Musculoskeletal Oncology.
  • Eligible for medical licensure in New Hampshire.
  • Dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care within an academic environment.
