If the answer is yes, we invite you to consider joining us in boldly challenging what’s possible for a sustainable world.   Job Summary:Trane Technologies is developing a next-generation Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system to enable a Model Based Enterprise (MBE) strategy across the corporation.  PLM is a foundational platform in enabling this strategy.  The PLM Architect will play a pivotal role in this transformation, collaborating and innovating with Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing, Quality, Manufacturing Operations, and senior leaders throughout the company to develop the next-generation processes, tools and techniques that will enable the strategic goals of the company.  You will provide technical and functional expertise to drive innovative solutions to delight customers and develop efficient solutions that maximize ease of getting work done and achieve program KPI’s.  The PLM Architect will play a critical role in transforming business needs into technical solutions, integrating enterprise applications, and ensuring the successful implementation of PLM projects. This position requires exceptional knowledge and implementation experience in Teamcenter and related Siemens PLM software, strong knowledge of PLM/MBE concepts, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Develop prototypes and demonstrate solutions to business requirements. Lead architecture and configuration reviews to enable a stable and best in class PLM platform.Define data models, workflows, and integrations with other enterprise systems using Teamcenter's configuration tools (BMIDE, LOVs, etc).Work with development teams to configure and customize Teamcenter according to the designed architecture.Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geographic teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to understand business needs and transform to solutionsLead Next Gen PLM initiatives within the organization to continuously enhance capabilities, user adoption, and valueImplement and enhance modules and functionalities within Teamcenter, including CAD integration, data management, workflow automation, and configuration using OOTB solutions.Recommend and develop solutions based on latest Teamcenter PLM releases enhancements, industry best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for system improvements.Mentor and provide guidance to existing team members in TeamcenterCollaborate with vendors and external consultants to implement additional functionalities, resolve issues, and ensure a best-in-class PLM platform.What you will bring:Bachelor's/master’s degree in engineering.  Minimum of 10 years’ experience in developing and configuring Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions with minimum 5 years of experience as Architect.Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, data modeling, and APIs.Working knowledge of configurable customization in Teamcenter modules like: Structure Manager, Workflow Designer, Change Management, Classification, Manufacturing Process Planner, PLMXML Administrator, Query builder, TC preferences, ACLs etc.In-depth knowledge of Active Workspace (AWC) architecture configurations.Knowledge of CAD systems, such as Creo, and their integration with Teamcenter. Experience in integrating Teamcenter PLM with other enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, MRP and CAD systems.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Experience in design thinking, lean, agile methodologies to drive user-centric solutions.Knowledge of Model Based Enterprise and Digital Thread is a plus. Compensation:    Annual Base Compensation: $110,000 – 190,000Additional Compensation: Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
