This innovative facility is looking for a progressive new Leader to join their executive team to continue their award winning service to the surrounding community. This 300-bed facility boasts many different service lines across many specialties to provide comprehensive care for any needs of the population at large. Some of the most popular services offered include Women and Children's Services, Heart and Vascular, an expansive Perioperative Program, as well as Stroke Services. The Inpatient Nurse Director will join a hospital and lead a nationally acclaimed patient care program. The Director of Nursing will report to the CNO and will work collaboratively with a tenured team of RN Directors and Hospital Ancillary Leaders to ensure all departments work together to provide the best possible care for patients throughout the hospital. The Inpatient Director of Medical Surgical and Telemetry will be supported by an experienced management team including two CMSRN certified Medical Surgical Nurse Managers, a RN Telemetry Manager, four Acute Care / Inpatient Assistant Nurse Managers (ANM), and an amazing team of inpatient services Charge Nurses. This Acute Patient Care team will oversee the day to day operations of the unit and help with the training and growth of all employees working in the unit.  The Medical / Surgical and Telemetry units make up a huge portion of this facility’s total bed count. The Inpatient Nursing Director will lead clinical and administrative operations over 3 dedicated Medical Units and 2 Post-Surgical Units totalling around 100-beds. Additionally, this leader will manage a busy, 24-bed Telemetry department that sees a wide range of cardiac and neurological patients. The Inpatient Med/Surg Nurse Director will be responsible for the total oversight of the department. Managing schedules as well as the budget to ensure the department is remaining fiscally responsible. The Director of nursing will also provide mentorship to staff and management alike in both acute nursing situations as well as clerical and management duties as well. The Director of Nursing will act as a liaison between the department staff and the rest of the Executive Leadership to ensure their voices are heard and they feel confident in the vision and goals of the hospital as a whole. Riverside County is one of the largest counties in the entire country and really has everything to offer the new RN Director of Inpatient Care.
