We're seeking a talented Programmatic Media Manager to lead paid media strategy across digital platforms for Prime Video in LATCANZ (Latin America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand). As a key contributor to Prime Video's Performance & Growth Media strategy, you'll own channel-level objectives to maximize programmatic media investments, enhancing brand equity, engagement, and subscriber acquisition.You'll collaborate with Prime Video paid media managers to develop cutting-edge programmatic strategies and work closely with Amazon's centralized teams on automated business solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a growth mindset, strong project management skills, customer focus, and the ability to transform marketing data into actionable insights. We're looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, handles ambiguity well, and pays close attention to detail.Your role involves driving programmatic growth marketing results through goal-setting, campaign ownership, strategic development, execution, and optimization. The ultimate aim is to efficiently drive customer acquisition and engagement at scale. You'll leverage existing tools across biddable media channels while exploring new partnerships and ad tech opportunities. Additionally, you'll share knowledge with regional and local stakeholders, educating them on programmatic media buying platforms and best practices to enhance the customer journey.In this position, you'll be challenged to push boundaries, propose and execute innovative ideas, and establish best practices for Prime Video's growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in elevating our programmatic media strategies and driving success in the LATCANZ markets.Key job responsibilities• Establish and manage programmatic campaign goals and performance metrics, conducting regular monitoring to assess effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement• Lead execution of strategic programmatic campaigns for Prime Video, implementing best practices through vigilant monitoring and in-depth performance analysis to optimize outcomes• Act as the programmatic expert for PV LATCANZ, effectively communicating and promoting successful programmatic strategies, technological advantages, processes, platform execution, trading techniques, and industry-related topics• Create and implement programmatic initiatives to drive strategic use cases and deliver results; develop and maintain a scalable playbook of best practices applicable across global markets and business lines• Manage daily interactions with LATCANZ paid media team and ADSP, guiding stakeholders to produce insightful media plans aligned with overall marketing strategy, including budget management, goal-setting, performance reporting, and programmatic trend analysis for Prime Video service and title support, as well as test and learn frameworks• Conduct and communicate comprehensive analysis of PV service-level programmatic campaigns and experiments, presenting actionable recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, digestible format• Collaborate with regional marketers to execute marketing experiments and campaign/channel holdout incrementality lift studies• Oversee partnerships with ADSP and Amazon Publisher Services, while identifying and exploring new programmatic testing opportunities• Enhance programmatic media program and management by pinpointing tools and mechanisms for automation, improved efficiency, and scalabilityAbout the teamPrime Video is a premium streaming service offering a vast collection of entertainment, including original series like "The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power" and "The Boys", exclusive content, and live sports. It's a platform where creators and makers can build their future, supported by a passionate and diverse global team.Basic qualifications- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams- Depth of knowledge within advertising tech solutions, e.g. ADSP, DV360 and The Trade DeskPreferred qualification - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience in multi-territory campaign management- Experience equally comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level- Experience in audience segmentation and targeting- Experience in entertainment/media industriesAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
