A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.Position Summary:MUFG is seeking a Vice President to join the Securitized Products Group to assist in the structuring of warehouse and term ABS issuance transactions in off the run asset classes. MUFG is a market leader in securitized products and providing innovative financing solutions to address client needs.Responsibilities:Participate in new opportunities in both lending and capital market transactionsDevelop and harmonize modeling / data / automation and standardize record retentionSupport capital markets execution (rating agencies, AUP, legal) and lending facility documentation (models, docs, etc.)Ongoing connectivity with existing and developing clientsIdentify additional subsector growth opportunities within the bank through connectivity with various industry verticals and coverage groupsLiaise with internal stakeholders including credit risk, syndicate, sales and trading teams and with third parties such as legal counsel, accountants, rating agencies and investors to execute transactionsOversee monitoring of conduit positions within specific origination subsectorsWe require:A bachelor’s degree or higherA minimum of 5 years related ABS or modeling work experienceStrong analytical and modeling skillStrong decision-making skills, the ability to demonstrate sound judgmentIndustry knowledge and relationships with rating agencies and / or issuers and investors in non-flow asset classesDetailed understanding of transaction structures, including legal and analytical detailsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, and highly collaborativeResults driven, with a strong sense of accountabilityA creative and innovative approach to workThe typical base pay range for this role is between $210K - $247K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
