A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.Responsibilities:Client Relationship, Development and EngagementWorks with the origination team (or other coverage teams) to provide unique ideas and interesting, appropriate, and suitable market color. Understands clients' issuance strategies, financing needs and objectives.Contributes as part of the loan syndicate and private side distribution platform understanding pockets of demand, investor credit preferences, and new issue appetite.Driver of deal executions and is viewed by internal and external constituents as a key member of distribution team.Commands respect and confidence of clients on MUFG’s execution capabilities.Generates unique ideas for clients and is able to influence client decisions.Engages key client decision makers and CMG officers in regular, timely and productive dialogue. Spearheads an integrated approach to meeting client needs.Deal ExecutionPitches frequently and effectively distinguishing the firm from the competition.Presents clearly, concisely and persuasively. Fully capable of running transactions.Works directly with origination and where applicable sales to lead and deliver a successful transaction in a Lead Left capacity.Develop direct dialogue between the syndicate desk and investors.Number of meetings and conversations with the investor base to provide color on financing structures, pricing, and investor appetite including unique opportunities such as reverse inquiry.Promote product placement across a wide range of investor client types and different geographies, working with the other CMG desks globally to provide the broadest access to liquidity at the best price.Qualifications:6-10+ years in loan syndication & sales, capital markets or banking Bachelor’s degree, MBA or CFA preferredFINRA Series 79 and 63 requiredTime management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and changing prioritiesStrong communication, computer and analytic skillsStrong attention to detailAbility function independently and as part of a deal teamThe typical base pay range for this role is between $215K - $275K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
