Senior Product Manager, Technical, AWS Developer Experience

The AWS Developer Experience team is seeking a driven, talented, and experienced Product Manager, Technical to transform the way technical builders learn, experiment, and interact with AWS through their careers.You will be responsible for bringing new developer-focused experiences to life, and shaping how AWS builds effective relationships with both new-to-cloud and experienced AWS developers. In this role you will partner with UX design, engineering, research, and the Developer Experience team to innovate and build an experience for the AWS developer community. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by developing and launching a community program experience that inspires and empowers technical builders. This is a highly visible role, where you will raise the bar for the customer experiences that span across all AWS services.You have the vision, customer obsession, technical acumen, and operational understanding to deliver large-scale, customer-facing features. You will lead the effort across AWS to define short and long-term vision for the AWS developer community.Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS)AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.Key job responsibilities- Own and drive the customer working backwards strategy. - Define the product vision and definition.- Ensure the execution of the product roadmap. Lead the interactions with the engineering and product teams across AWS to make trade-offs based on customer requirements.- Keep projects on track through clear task list, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes.- Influence senior leaders across AWS, and communicate changes, issues, and resolutions clearly to all stakeholders.About the teamOur team puts a high value on work-life balance. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
