This role will focus on talent acquisition, employee development, managing Payroll and fostering a positive workplace culture that enhances employee engagement and satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract top talent.Manage employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.Lead initiatives for employee engagement and satisfaction.Implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and equitable.Enhance HR operations and streamline processes for efficiency.Serve as a management partner to support organizational goals.Oversee performance management processes and succession planning.Facilitate workplace culture initiatives and promote a diverse and inclusive environment.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldSHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is required.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on compliance and talent management.Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.Strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll software such as ADP or Paycor, and applicant tracking systems.Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.Excellent analytical and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments is preferred.BenefitsFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
