NP/PA - Family Practice - Appleton North

ThedaCare is seeking an experienced NP/PA provider to provide care at our clinics in Encircle Appleton.

Highlights:

• 1.0FTE 
• 100% clinic focused unless system needs require support elsewhere (i.e. Covid)
• 4 work days with 36 contact hours 
• Call 2 -3 Saturdays per year
• This position will see 15 - 20 pts/day
• 18 physicians and 10 NP/PA providers in practice
• Experience preferred but new grads welcome to apply
• Standard BLS required
