NP/PA - Family Practice - Encircle/West/Black Creek

ThedaCare is seeking an experienced NP/PA provider to provide care at our clinics in Encircle, West, and Black Creek.

Highlights:

• 1.0FTE 
• Cross-cover all three sites as needed
• 100% clinic-focused unless system needs require support elsewhere (i.e. Covid)
• 4 work days with 36 contact hours with weekend support 1-3 times per year
• Call 2 -3 Saturdays per year
• This position will see 15-20 patients/per day with 18 as a target
• 17 physicians and 16 NP/PA providers in practice
• Experience preferred but new grads welcome to apply
• Standard BLS required
