As an Internal Medicine Physician at Trinity Health, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of medical conditions affecting adult patients. You will work closely with patients to develop individualized care plans aimed at promoting health, preventing illness, and managing chronic diseases.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including thorough patient histories and physical examinations, to assess health conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, taking into consideration patient preferences and evidence-based guidelines.
- Monitor and manage chronic diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular conditions, through ongoing care and assessment.
- Collaborate with specialists as needed to ensure integrated and coordinated patient care.
- Provide health education, counseling, and preventive care services to patients and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Stay abreast of developments in internal medicine through continuous education and professional growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Valid medical license to practice in North Dakota.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
