Job Description: Technical Analyst
This role is responsible for assisting in the build out of business process automation products in the wealth management and insurance space using the iPipeline Automation Platform. The iPipeline Automation Platform is a proprietary low-code/no-code software application that allows for an analyst or business user to make quick modifications to user interface/experience (UI/UX), business rules, integration points, forms management, and workflow.

Skills Requirements
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Analytical skill: Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, disseminate high-level concepts into details, distinguish true needs from the collection of requirements, and create logical and innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Collaboration & Independence: Ability to work successfully in a collaborative atmosphere as well as independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications and functional documentation
- System Design: Design and model solutions that meet business needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation including system architecture, data flows, and user guides.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other team members to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and project goals.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and bugs throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Project Support: Assist in project planning, estimation, and management to ensure timely delivery of software projects.
- Program Planning: Assist in the development and planning of programs, including setting goals, objectives, and timelines.
- Coordination and Implementation: Coordinate release activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and with high quality.
Knowledge Requirements
- Application knowledge is desirable to be able to work effectively with end users.
- Insurance or financial services experience. Knowledge of financial industry practices, including knowledge of rules, processes, regulations, and forms used is a plus.
- An understanding of SQL Server, XML, JSON, SOAP and REST services, Excel, and AGILE .
- An understanding of contemporary requirements gathering, analysis, validation, and management practice.
- Experience in an Agile scrum environment
Education and Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years related experience.
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of iPipeline products preferred.
