Job Highlights

  • Responsible for their own sales (Sales & Variable margin) within NORAM, has responsibility over assigned accounts, providing customers with commercial and technical information, meet business unit KPI's and goals set (Top line & Variable margin)
  • Ensure a proper receivable management of responsible accounts
  • Manage accounts for the business unit Rhein Chemie (BU RCH), with focus on new business development. Visit customers across US and Canada to find prospects and represent BU RCH sales portfolio, with focus on existing and new customers.
  • Import log Analysis and Reporting- generating quarterly reports
  • Quotes and Negotiations - Provide support for the other sales team members and interact with headquarters.
  • Help maintain and coordinate raw material trial list
  • Manage Distribution Partner account
  • Participate in recurring meetings


Requirements

  • B.S/B.A in Engineering (Chemical/Rubber/Industrial) or Chemistry
    3-5 years of chemical industry experience in Sales, rubber chemicals industry preferred
  • Account management skills, high level of interpersonal skills with an aptitude of developing business and driving towards business realization
  • Basic sales/business accounting knowledge, experience in price build up and possess negotiation skills
  • Well versed in MS Office product suite, SAP, CRM, IBP experience preferred
  • Ability to travel for more than 50% of time
